  Direct Burial Jacket
  Premium grade jacket compound which is sunlight resistant and water resistant and has been developed to be durable in outdoor and direct burial applications. In addition to the jacket, utilize a superior water-blocking tape, rather than the messy gel, which swells to absorb any moisture that is present. The special formulated tape stops water in its tracks by blocking migration of moisture throughout the cable.
